Welcome to LinkLens! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkLens website at linklens.tech and the LinkLens platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LinkLens LLC ("LinkLens," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LinkLens. Please read them carefully.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

LinkLens is a document sharing and link tracking platform that allows you to:

• Upload and share files (documents, presentations, images, videos)
• Create trackable links for any URL
• View analytics about who views your shared content
• Collect email addresses through gated content
• Use custom domains for your tracking links

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Free Plan: We offer a free plan with limited features. No payment is required for the free plan.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial: New users may receive a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, you will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Price Changes: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the next billing cycle after at least 30 days' notice.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. However, if you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share illegal, obscene, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). LinkLens does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content.

License: By uploading User Content, you grant LinkLens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share the content you upload.

Removal: We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful, at our sole discretion.

When you share links through LinkLens, we collect analytics data about viewers on your behalf, including location (derived from IP address), device type, browser, time spent, and pages viewed.

Your Responsibility: As the data controller of viewer data, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have a lawful basis to track viewers
• Providing appropriate privacy notices where required
• Responding to data subject requests from viewers
• Using the analytics data in compliance with applicable laws

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by LinkLens and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"LinkLens" and our logo are trademarks of LinkLens LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkLens, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your conduct may harm LinkLens, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your User Content within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date."

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
